Gluten-Free Chocolate Cake

I have always like to make simple cake. A customer requested me to bake her  a flourless cake due to her allergy towards wheat flour. Using almond meal, I came up with this version of gluten-free cake.  Please do not be alarmed to see the shape of the cake. That is how fragile it is due to the lack of flour. But you will be compensated by the soft texture and taste of the cake. I added a teasing flavour of freshly squeezed orange juice as I know orange and chocolate go well together.




Using icing sugar stencil, I made a birthday wish on the cake.


Price: $25 for a round 9 inch size.
