Red Velvet Sandwiches
I’m finally on Facebook. Do add me up fb: bunny’s yummies if you want to know my latest bakes and updates of offers on baking especially during the weekends!
Thanks to the encouragement from the recent ebunda forum on Women Entrepreneurs. I participated as part of the panel for discussions and one of the topics shared was utilization of Internet as a marketing tool. No doubt I have this blog but I found out Facebook is a good way to reach directly to customers. So bear with me if I am slow on the blog now that I have Facebook.
Recently, as part of Rano8nniversary celebrations, I took a booth to sell my baked goodies. 3 days of hard work but accomplished a lot, made new friends and it is nice to meet customers face to face, rather than through the Net.
weekly best selling cookies!
Sold freshly baked cookies, pavlovas, blackforest gateau, hand made chocolate turffles, truffles cakes, kit kat cupcakes and many more.
black forest gateau
tiramisu
chocolate kit -kat cupcakes
I was also trying to make something new for that event.
Another best selling item.
Then came birth... Red Velvet Sandwiches. I know many are baking the cupcakes version….so I decided not to emulate the same but come up with a slight variation – sandwiches. Surprisingly it was a hit, not only cos of it’s red colour but the flavour and taste of cream cheese filling. They are $1 each and unless you would like a large of order of 30 pieces, I will only offer them when I bake. So look out for my status on FB.

Hi, I stumbled upon this blog by chance. I'm wondering though, since you said you don't use artificial colourings, what do you use to colour your Red Velvet?
Syarlilady.. thank you for your comment. I normally do not use artificial colour in my baking. This is one exception.
