Jackie O Double Fudge Cake

For the year 2012, I'm attempting to bake bigger desserts for the simple reason - great for family gatherings to share with members and friends. Also, cakes for great occasion such as birthdays and anniversaries. 

This is a triple layered dark chocolate fudge cake. Beautiful taste and moist. The Caramel topping is not sweet - home made and blends in well with the dark bitter chocolate cake.  The dark sides of the cake is none other than the blended cake, being pasted on the sides. Love the idea and how it turns out on the cake.
